Sir Anthony Hope Hawkins (1863–1933); novelist.
Sir Anthony Hope Hawkins (1863–1933; Oxford DNB); novelist. An active member of the Society of Authors (which he joined in 1892), sitting on the Committee of Management, the Council, and several sub-committees. The Special Committee (1907–1908) was tasked with evaluating the structure and composition of Committee of Management.
