Hallam Tennyson, second Baron Tennyson (1852–1928; Oxford DNB); biographer and governor-general of Australia. Published poetry and articles in periodicals, and edited two poetry collections and an edition of Jack and the Beanstalk (1886) illustrated by Randolph Caldecott. Appointed a Vice-President of the Society of Authors.
